Requests received later than 7 days of payment will be refunded after investigation of reason behind and deduction of internet handling charges under below falling criteria
(a) In case of non-acceptance of token by the advertiser.
(b) Any dispute arising after acceptance of online token will liable for refund only after verification of reason at ground level subjected that the time period will not be beyond of 10 days from date of the token acceptance.
(c) Not getting benefits as laid in plan purchased.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with purchased services or given token on portal for any property can claim for refund subjected to investigation at ground level.
All refunds will be processed in paytm valet number provided while claiming refund and same will be processed after deduction of internet handling charges.
