- Owners need to click on the below URL and fill the form or call @7834816683 Submit your detail for registration
- After submitting your request our executive will verify your details and your flat. Once done we will send the confirmation over email.
- Once you receive our email, your flat will be registered with home4deals to avail our scheme "No Brokerage & No Maintenance Charges".
Que 2: How flat owner avail this scheme "No Brokerage & No Maintenance Charges"?
- After susseccful registration, Owners need to notify us on info@home4deals.com or call @7834816683 before the flat is vacant and handover the flat key after vacant at registered address of Home4deals, so that we can pipeline clients to visit your flat. Our home4deals's associated dealers contact you and try to get new tanent for you.
- When deal closed by home4deals's associated dealers you will get 1000 upfront (to owner) or upto one month maintenance charges,(whichever is higher), T&C applied.

- Home4Deals will bear the brokerage burden of owners and we will pay Rs 1000 upfront to owner or upto one month maintenance charges,(whichever is higher), when the flats gets rented out only through Home4deals's associated dealers. Maintenance charge will be calculated as Rs 2 per squre feet.
- After flat is vacant owner need to handover his/her flat key at below registered address of Home4deals.
